The Black Child Legacy Campaign

The Black Child Legacy Campaign is the community-driven movement established by the Steering Committee on Reduction of African American Child Deaths, which is working to reduce deaths of African American children by 10% to 20% by 2020 in Sacramento County.

Generate excitement

The Leadership Development for Racial Equity (LDRE) program works to build the capacity of youth-focused, community-based organizations throughout the state to advocate for policy and systems change to remove barriers and expand opportunities.

The program is managed through The Center and co-funded by Sierra Health Foundation and The California Endowment.

If it doesn't feel right, then change it.

These video highlights Build Black Coalition partners in the Rapid Acceleration, Innovation, and Leadership in Sacramento (RAILS) grant program to promote Black-owned business and entrepreneurship in Sacramento County.
